This unique and different kind of accommodation, located on the south side of the city, has a surface over 1000 m2 and offers you Mediterranean way of living. The house offers all conveniences including; air-condition, heating, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV, satellite channels, free Wi Fi access, BBQ and PRIVATE PARKING PLACE secured with gates and automatic openings, with your private key. Property is not shared with no one. This ideal place for a family or a group of friends. Has three bedrooms: two with a double beds and one with two single beds. There is bathroom with walk-in showers and one extra toilet. We have service that will provide you all what is necessary to ensure your pleasant holiday; shampoon, towels, sheets, garden furniture, welcome drink, woods for BBQ,kitchen utensils...... We have information about day trips from Split including nearby national parks, waterfalls, ancient towns and also information about boat trips to the islands. Not to be confused with laziness, fjaka is a common psycho-physical state of mind and body amongst local Dalmatians. Whilst in India they achieve fjaka with long term meditation and starvation , in Split is god-given. New seaside coast and ACI marina are within walking distance, hosting trendy bars and a superb selection of restaurants. In case you do not have car we organize transfer pick up from airport directly to apartment. There is bus 12 in front of house directly to city, but we are sure that you will not use it, because it is only 3 stops to center. Also, we have secured you 2 parking spots inside of property together with keys for automatic doors.
