Located on the first floor a new and spacious Guesthouse for rent with 2 large box spring beds (1.00m x 2.10m), digital cable-TV and separate private bathroom with floor-heating. The entire Guesthouse is well isolated. Free and fast WIFI is available. Privacy is guaranteed due to a private access to the Guesthouse. The space (clean) Fridge with freezing compartment, Nespresso coffeemaker and water cooker is present in the studio. Breakfast is not included but optional.
