The Swallows

The Swallows is a spacious cottage situated with three other cottages in a barn conversion. Close to the west coast of the Isle of Man with coastal paths, secluded bays and panoramic views. Two bedrooms can be configured either as a super-king or as a twin. Fully equipped kitchen/diner with exposed beams and a wood burning stove. There is underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump. The space The cottage shares a gym, sauna and steam room with the other cottages in the barn conversion which can be booked for private use at various times during your stay. Kitchen/Dining area: Located on the first floor, Electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dining table & six chairs Lounge: Located on the first floor. Wood burning stove, two settees, TV & DVD player, coffee table. Bedroom 1: Ziplink beds that can be configured as either a Twin or Super-King size double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, wardrobe Ensuite: Bath with shower over, w.c., basin and vanity unit Bedroom 2: Ziplink beds that can be configured as either a Twin or Super-King size double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, wardrobe Bedroom 3: Twin beds, dressing table, wardrobe Family Bathroom: Wetroom on ground floor, with shower, WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit. Cloakroom: Situated on first floor containing WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit. Leisure area: With gym (open 8am - 8pm), Steam room, Sauna and Hot tub (open 9am - 8pm, later by request). Towels are provided. Induction to facilities required. Parking: Parking available in the car park for the cottages. Including Electric car charge point. Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am Pets: No pets accepted Power & Heating: Gas & Electricity included Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels Baby Equipment: Cot and High chair available to hire at additional cost. Shop: 2 ml Pub: 2 ml Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver.
