The space L'Effraie is a carefully renovated former farmhouse, offering a stay that is both natural and steeped in history, just a few minutes from Verdun and its memorial sites. The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests, and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in single beds for business stays. The house offers a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, as well as a bathroom, two separate toilets and a laundry area. Bed linens, towels, and linens are provided for your comfort. A separate area located about 15 meters from the cottage includes a friendly games room (pool table, foosball, darts), freely accessible and included in your stay, as well as a wellness area with a jacuzzi, available by reservation and with an additional fee, for a relaxing time after your visits or hikes. Baby equipment available upon request: crib, highchair, changing table, bathtub. Guest access You access the cottage through a private entrance, located on the front. A small private outdoor space, equipped with a table, benches, umbrella and barbecue (charcoal not included), is located in front of the entrance. Bordered by a hedge, it preserves the privacy of guests while being located on a very quiet street in the hamlet. An independent space, located close to the cottage, is also accessible to you: – games room (pool table, foosball table, darts), open access and included in your stay; – Wellness area with Jacuzzi, available by reservation and with an additional fee, subject to availability. Other things to note Cleaning is included (excluding dishes, which must be left clean and tidy, and trash cans, which must be emptied). The games room, located in a dedicated space about 15 meters from the vacation rental, is freely accessible: please leave it clean for the next guests. In the event of non-compliance, a restoration fee may be applied. The Jacuzzi is available by reservation and with an additional fee, subject to availability. Note: The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs).
