Modern two bedroom flat in Baildon, West Yorkshire

The Basement Flat is modern and self contained with an open plan living and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. It is located within easy walking distance of Shipley train station and is just a fifteen minute drive from Leeds Bradford Airport. On the doorstep is Saltaire World Heritage Village and the moors. Also just a short drive, bus or train ride away are Leeds, Bradford, Ilkley and Skipton. The space The Basement Flat is a fully self contained annex to our home, accessed by stairs at the side of the main house. It has recently been decorated and furnished in a light, modern, open plan style. The living area has plenty of space to relax and has a digital TV with Amazon fire set up, a Super Nintendo Mini games console and a Google Home speaker. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a full oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. We provide tea, coffee and sugar for you and a pint of milk on arrival. In the bathroom there is a full bath with shower over, sink and lit mirror with shaving point and a heated towel rail. There is also a washer/drier in a utility cupboard in this room for added convenience. Towels will be provided for you. In the main bedroom there is a double bed and a Smart TV with built in dvd player plus plenty of hanging space. The second bedroom has a single bed and can be set up with a pullout bed if required. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. For visits of 7 nights or more, fresh towels and a linen change is available. There is no extra charge for this. Free unlimited WiFi is available and there is plenty of space to park a car on our gated driveway. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole flat and can feel free to make use of the garden during their stay. Other things to note As the flat is located in the basement of our house, there is limited natural light through windows in the living area and bathroom only. We have made sure that there is plenty of lighting though so this should not be an issue. The steps leading down to the flat are also fairly steep so this would need to be taken in to consideration.
