The Granary at Palm Tree House in S.E. Kent

Our place is close to Channel Tunnel and ports, trains to London, Canterbury and countryside. You’ll love this place because of the location in a Kentish village and the spacious and luxury accommodation. The Granary is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space The Granary is two converted farm buildings at Palm Tree House. It has a living and dining area, one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/shower/toilet. Set in a large garden, with off-road parking, the Granary main entrance is through the living room, facing main house. The Living Room includes a dining table and a seating area with a sofa, chairs, TV/DVD player. The room has original beams and oak floor. The Bedroom is a spacious room with views over the garden and a door to the veranda and the morning sun. The super king-size bed can be made into twin beds if desired. There is plenty of wardrobe space. Towels and linen are provided, as well as a hair dryer. The Bathroom has a corner bath, hand basin, separate shower and toilet. Soaps and shampoos provided. The Kitchen has everything you need for self-catering with an electric oven, a microwave, gas hob, fridge/ freezer. Concealed in a cupboard is a washing machine and dryer. An ironing board, iron and a space for hanging coats and storing boots is also provided. The Granary has a selection of games, books and films as well as tourist information and OS maps. Guest access You will have a self contained house with all the facilities required for a great stay. You will have access to part of the garden with seating and a table for that summer evening glass of wine. Other things to note There is a complimentary welcome pack in the kitchen, for breakfasts -including homemade marmalade and jam, tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread and cereals – any special dietary requirement please say in advance. Free range eggs are available from Red Barn next door.
