If you're looking for a space surrounded by greenery, in a quiet part of our little town, this is the place to be! The boat house is built out of hobbies and love of the owner for boats. Just 220 meters from the sea is our little oasis, where we put more and more effort and extra amenities every year. With a large backyard, pool, and outdoor area to relax, you'll feel like you're at home here☺️ The boat house is 22 meters long and approximately 4 meters wide. The space This place is truly special. Once upon a time there was a boat that really sailed. It was converted into a living space 9 years ago. My husband went above and beyond to make it a hobby into a space where we lived for 8 full years. Guest access The accommodation is on a 1200 m² plot of land. On the same land is our house (family of four). The entrance of our house and the boat of the house is 20 meters away. Other things to note I live on the same land where the accommodation is (boat of the house). I live here with my family, my sons (16 and 4 years old) and my husband. We live in a stone house whose entrance is 20 meters from the boat of the house (your accommodation).
