On the west side is the manor park with manor wall adjacent to the property with beech forest. The last house on the first waterline is at the end of the small access road. The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining table, a Kitchen, as well as a full bath on the top floor and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. You can receive the normal TV program via Magenta TV or stream Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. with your own access. You will also find DVDs in the drawers of the red side board on the right. WiFi is provided. Internet use is guaranteed via a 50 Mbit fiber optic cable connection from Telekom. This means that home office use is also possible without any problems. If you want to hear one of your favorite LPs again, you can bring it with you. Outside there is a surrounding enclosure by means of a frieze wall, picket fence and the manor park wall in the forest. For relaxation there is a round clinker mosaic terrace with comfortable garden furniture. At the edge of the forest there is a sauna, an outdoor shower and a tub or a covered area with deck chairs. For the little ones there is currently a forest nest swing, a hammock, a relaxation double swing for the parents and a sandbox as well as board games. For the sporty we have 4 free bicycles, an inflatable boat and a stand up paddle, Nordic walking sticks... For the strong there is a splitting ax and a chopping block and lots of firewood... The final cleaning fee for 4 people without bed linen and towels and without laundry cleaning costs 100 euros. For an additional person (children), the final cleaning without laundry package costs an additional one-time fee of 10 euros. If you want to charge your e-car in the garden, you can do this at our wall box (11 kW, plug type C2) at the current electricity costs as an additional cost. Guest access to everything Other things to note In the garden you can enjoy the unspoilt view towards Hiddensee, Ummanz (Rügen) and the free nature in absolute peace. For romantic barbecue evenings there is an electric grill available. Unfortunately it is not possible to make an open campfire due to the thatched roof! In the main saison (28. June - 15. Sept 2025) we can only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday as our cleaning team in only available at Staurdays from 11am-4pm. Starting this summer, there's a new option for practicing camping in the garden with children. If that's something you're interested in, we've got you covered.
