Relax in a quiet, modern, safe, elegant room in our house on the road to Montañita, Salinas and Playas. Room has A/C, wifi, TV w/ Apple TV & Netflix account, private balcony, private luxury bathroom w/hot water. Free parking. Our guests can relax at common areas of the house, living room, dinning room and kitchen (guests should bring own ingredients). A shared pool is available to our guests (Wed-Sun 6AM-6PM). Laundry service/transportation offered for extra fee. The space The room is inside our modern house with all the amenities needed, inside a nice, close, safe residential area with a pool and a small park area. One minute away from Chongon village and the beach road’s toll. Guest access Our guests can relax and use the common areas of the house: living room, dinning room and kitchen area. Our guests are allowed to cook with their own ingredients (basic condiments included, salt, pepper, oil), and should leave the dishes and the kitchen area cleaned (dish soap included). The parking area is residential and free of charge for 1 car. The pool is shared with other neighbors and is available from Wednesday to Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm. During your stay As a host I will be more than glad to attend all of our guest’s needs. Me and my mother also live in the house so we will be close most of the time and reachable at my cell phone. I love to socialize and to take my guests for a ride to the city when requested. I am really open to suggestions and I’m an easy going person. As a doctor, I am available to help my guests with any medical home emergencies. Other things to note The room has shared entrance with the rest of the house. It is a room inside our house.
