Dandy Rigg Cottage is a modernised traditional Manx cottage, known as a 'tholtan'; in the countryside of the south of the Isle of Man. Located on the south facing hillside above Colby village the cottage setting is ideal for a peaceful retreat. From the garden enjoy panoramic views across and out to sea. On a clear day you can even make out the hills of the Welsh coastline from the grounds of the cottage. The space Lounge/Dining room: Comfortable 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs, chest of drawers, TV, dining table and four chairs. Kitchen: Containing cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, shelving, wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet Family Bathroom: Walk in shower, w/c and sink. Parking: Parking available 45 yards from the front door, in a small parking area on the country lane. Changeover Day: Arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am Power and Heating: Electricity and heating included in rent. Free Wifi: Included Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment: Cot and High chair available to hire at additional cost. Shop: 1.5 ml Pub: 1.5 ml Bus Stop: 0.6 ml Accessibility: Upon entry to the garden there are a three steps and along foot path, followed by a small lip on the front door. This is a single level property. Due to the steps and narrow doorway the property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver.
