La piña Beach Villa! Outdoor Living At Its Best!

Villa La Pina finished in 2016. It was built to balance relaxation, privacy, nature, and outdoor living while being in close proximity to world class surf, restaurants, and many other amenities. It is a very relaxing and private place to stay while being in an area that has a little something for everyone. The property has 1 master bedroom on one side and two bedrooms on the other side, with the open air kitchen, living room, and dining room in between. The space Indoors: The property has 1 master bedroom on one side and two bedrooms on the other side, with the kitchen, living room, and dining room in between. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, an air conditioner, and private bathroom/shower. The second bedroom has a mezzanine with a single bed and bunk beds. The third bedroom has a double size matrimonial bed and air conditioning. There is a bathroom that connects the second and third bedroom so the doors can be left open and the third bedroom can feel some of the other bedroom’s air conditioning. All bathrooms and showers have a natural design with rock showers and rain shower heads. The kitchen is very large, with custom teak cabinets, concrete countertops, and a large island with 3 barstools. The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and dining area all in the same area so that it is enjoyable for the entire family. The home has plates, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a blender. Also there is a 32” flat screen television in the living area and a small tv inside one of the bedrooms. Outdoors: This villa was built with the outdoors in mind. All rooms of the villa have large French doors that open up to the outside, so you can be inside but feel that you are outdoors. All of the living space is an open floor plan that sits beside the pool and garden area. All covered areas have bamboo to provide a natural relaxed feeling and the roof has clay tile to keep a cool temperature below. There are large fans that keep the temperature very comfortable so that you feel relaxed as you sit below. There is a wicker love seat, 2 wicker chairs, and a large wooden slab table in the living area. The best part is that this living area is surrounded by a garden of plants, a rock wall, and a dipping pool. The rock wall surrounds the area so that you feel surrounded, private, and enclosed by the nature. This area is accented with Bermuda grass and there are tropical plants all around to make you feel you are in a garden environment. There is a dipping pool that was custom designed for sitting, wading, or lying like a crocodile as you chat with others in the living/kitchen area or watch television with a cold beverage in your hand. It is a relaxing pool with the perfect temperature, and boasts seating so that you can sit and enjoy yourself as you relax and listen for the red macaw parrots flying over your head. For you outdoor shower lovers, you will feel complete Zen in the river rock outdoor shower as water flows over you, the sun hits your back, and you stare off into the plants. To keep you in touch with reality, there is high speed wifi on site, cable, and a 32” flat screen television. Make sure to look up and like " Villas Esterillos Xihu Estates " on FB. Guest access The Area: Esterillos was the best kept secret of the Central Pacific, but the word is getting out quickly. There are several things that make it so great. 1.Location: It has a wonderful location. It is very centrally located, it is right between Manuel Antonio and Jaco, so you have restaurants and amenities that are nearby when you want them but you don’t have to stay in the tourist trap areas. Esterillos is a small town with friendly people, a small neighborhood supermarket that has everything you need, and a handful of small restaurants. You stay here to get away from all of the craziness of Jaco, Hermosa, Quepos, and Manuel Antonio. It is much better to relax here and go visit those places for day or night trips. Everything is close to this area. 2.Surf: There are several waves in this area. Esterillos Central can be a PERFECT WAVE at times when the swell is down. If it is flat everywhere, look for this wave to create some of the best days of your life. If the swell is up, then Esterillos Oeste has a couple of spots that cater to either a fast barrel or a slow, friendly, gentle wave. The crowds in this area are still very tolerable. Sometimes you might be sharing completely perfect waves with just one or two people, or sometimes the word gets out and there are a couple dozen. Regardless, you will have your fill, there are plenty of waves to go around in this area. 3.Beaches: Esterillos Oeste boasts “blue flag beaches”, meaning they are some of the CLEANEST AND MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN COSTA RICA. The people that live here really take a lot of pride in their beaches. The other thing is that at this beach, the temperature is very comfortable. The sand is not so miserably hot like Hermosa or some other beaches, and everywhere you look there are huge almond trees that provide tons of shade. You really enjoy the beach here. There are also many pools at low tide for sitting in the water. There are also lifeguards at this beach. Esterillos on the Central Pacific Coast is characterized by offering surfers the most consistent and cleanest waves, perfect for riding. Here waves break practically always and all year round, which is very attractive for surf lovers, experts qualify Esterillos Oeste as the best spot, especially when the tide rises, when big and strong waves are formed for experienced surfers. It is worth mentioning that the renowned Costa Rican surfer, Carlos Muñoz, Latin American surfing champion and winner of many other awards in this sport, is a native of Playa Esterillos Oeste and the house where he was born is identified on the beach. We also use several bleach-based and other products that are approved by the EPA ( OUT 220) specifically for use against the coronavirus. This villa has the advantage of privacy and a reduced need for person-to-person contact. We allow guests to check-in and out independently, without interfacing face-to-face with people. Please clean up after yourselves, the villa will have disinfectant. Pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles.
