The living area has been furnished with a double sofa bed (120 x 190 cm), a flat-screen TV with integrated radio, CD player and DVD player. A bio-ethanol fireplace (extra charge) is available for cozy hours. The kitchenette is very modernly equipped with an oven, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The spacious dining area can accommodate 4 people. The adjacent terrace with southwest orientation is accessible from the living and sleeping area and is sheltered from the wind. In the bedroom there is a double bed with two mattresses (90 × 200 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a safe and a second flat-screen TV. The tiled bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower also includes a nostalgic washbasin as well as a towel dryer and hairdryer. Villa Sanddorn is located in the best location in Börgerende. Pastry shop, restaurant and bike rental are in the immediate vicinity of the house. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. A washing machine and dryer are available for you on the ground floor of the house for a fee. The apartment has an outdoor parking space right in front of the house.
