The space The Annexe boasts a private entrance and a spacious, landscaped fenced garden. The impressive 7m x 7m lounge/dining room offers comfort with large sofas, dining table and chairs and a variety of entertainment options; including large screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth DAB radio / CD player, record player, electric flame fire, entertainment options of DVDs, books, LPs, games and a guitar. Electric flame fire adds warmth to the inviting atmosphere. The large bright bedroom features a king-size bed, dressing table, seating area and ample storage. Fully fitted kitchen, stylish tiled shower room, and gas central heating provide modern convenience. Wooden flooring in the lounge, vinyl in the kitchen, and carpet in the bedroom offer a stylish blend. Guest access When you stay at the Annexe you have sole access to the unit, self-contained secured garden and parking. Masterlock with the code provided is used to access the key. Other things to note We operate a dog park, Archie’s Acres just a few hundred yards from The Annexe. The park is approximately 5 acres of farmland with the most amazing views across Tinto Hill. The area is surrounded by 6ft deer fencing and is a great area for exercising dogs and humans alike. The park is very popular and we would advise booking in advance. Registration details SL00053F
