The Casa Ghiggi received the "family friendly" label from the local tourist board. The 3.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor with a private garden and suitable for max. 4 pax. The space Quiet & sunny three-a-half room apartment ("Asia") with view over the Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains, heated swimming pool (in operations: mid-April to mid-October), spacious garden, lawn, a small children play area, pergola, recreation room with some fitness machines, covered parking with charging station (fees apply). The tourist office regularly checks our apartments and we have received 4.5 stars from the Swiss Tourism Federation. The non-smoking apartment welcome upon request and for an additional fee also dogs. The apartment with 3.5-rooms is part of a renovated typical "Ticino" house called Casa Ghiggi. It offers a partial view over the lake and mountains, is quiet and sunny. The property includes a planar garden with heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m, mid-April to mid-October), outside shower, lawn, an arbour with granite table and benches as well as a small children play area. By foot, you reach the village in 5-7 minutes. The lake, post office, shops and banks are within the same walking distance. The nicely furnished apartment with 4 beds measures approx. 90m² has spacious open kitchen with granite shelf and bar, two bedrooms with two beds each (‘Nordic’ blankets 160 x 210 cm), living room with granite table, fireplace, suite, TV (Sunrise with 7 days replay function), DVD & CD player, internet access (WiFi) and telephone (charges apply). Direct access to the private garden from the living room and from both bedrooms. The private garden offers a large sun-blend, two tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the spacious bath-room, there is a shower and a separate bath, toilet, two wash-basins and hair-dryer. In the kitchen, you will find a big refrigerator, cooking-range, baking-oven/steamer, microwave, dish washer, coffee-machines (Nespresso & Delicio systems, filter coffee) and a large assortment of kitchen tools. Guest access - Lawn, pergola, children's playgrond, outside shower, seasonal heated swimming pool (4x8m, mid-April to mid-October) - The workout- and children's room offers tabletop football, darts, Nintendo game console and a few computer games. - In the basement, there are deck chairs, parasols, table and chairs for the balcony and the garden as well as a barbeque stored - Internet (WiFi) - Washing machine and dryer (small fee applies) - For babies, we offer (on request) a wide range of baby equipment (e.g. crip, high chair, changing table, buggy, toys). Tourist tax: CHF 2.00 per person (>14 years) and night already in room rate included. The key will be in a small safe near the door at your arrival date.
