Beachfront house in lovely Ljugarn

Pleasant summerhouse in sunny Ljugarn. The house is 250 meters from the beach and you are close to the local grocery store, bakery, most restaurants and the sports field with tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and soccer field. Just outside the community, there is also a 9-hole golf course. The house is in good condition and has all the amenities needed. There are five beds distributed in three bedrooms. Dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Shower room with toilet in the house and washing machine in a separate building. The space The house has a pleasant lush and relatively private garden with 35 m² balcony for long summer dinners. Barbecue, bicycles, bathing toys, board games and kubb games are available to borrow. Extra relaxation can be obtained in the lushly placed hammock. Cleaning is not included and is the responsibility of the tenant. Take care of the house and the environment and leave it in good condition. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant. Please note that it is primarily only accepted for weekly stays. Single nights on request. Guest access Guests are welcomed by the host or alternatively they are given a code to the key cabinet where the house key is stored. The house and the property are at the disposal of the tenant. Washing machine, which may be used, is in the adjacent building (garage). Clotheslines for drying laundry are set up outdoors. Other things to note The property has municipal water and sewage. Guests are given information on how to shut off the main water pipe.
