Lovely house on hill next to lake

Modern and charming house in the highlands of Småland. The house is spacius with 148m2 living area and outside you have access to the garden, the woods and the big lake Frisjön where it is possible to row and fish from our boat. The house is at the end of a road so very quiet and scenic location. Possibility to barbecue outside and the house has a big living room with fireplace and dining area. Great place for hiking, swimming, fishing, enjoying nature, skiing in winter and exploring Småland. The space The house is right in the center of Småland and is perfect as a starting point for enjoying the Småland attractions. Instructions are at the house: Astrid Lindgrens Värld, High Chaparel, Store Mosse, Jönköbing, Vaxjö, Eksjö, Kleva Gruva goldmine, Skurugata etc. The garage you can use for storage or use the small workshop to fix bikes etc. You can also borrow the basic fishing equipment in the garage. Guest access You are able to access the entire home and surroundings. In the house you can use the washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and oven. Outside you can use the barbecue and the garden furniture. For rainy days there are chromecast's on both TV's. The downstairs TV as an Xbox and a Nintendo Wee that you can use. Other things to note if you don't order seperately please remember to bring bedlinen, tea towels and towels. If you want to rent bed linen and towels (one big and one small towel) let us know in advance. The price is 19 euro pr. person. Final cleaning is done by yourself or we can do it for 240 Euro. Please be advised that if your own cleaning is not sufficient we will charge for the extra work we have to do. Thanks. If yo want to fish in the lake you must buy a fishing card which is not very expensive. It can be purchased from the yellow house. There are three security cameras in operation outside overlooking the entrance of the house, the back of the house and the access road.
