The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair. The space The special feature of the apartment is its direct location to the river Elbe. I recommend to start the day with a view from the bedroom. The seasons and the weather always influence this view. On sunny days the light streams through the bedroom in the morning and from noon on you can enjoy the sun on the balcony. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. On request there is the possibility to do the laundry. There is a washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry room. Bicycles can be locked up in the cellar. Other things to note In the house and also on the street it is quiet. The apartment is - like many apartments in old buildings - a bit sensitive, but the neighbors are quiet and pleasant.
