Spacious and bright house close to the quiet Grimbosq forest. 20 minutes from Caen, 10 minutes from Thury Harcourt, 15 minutes from Clécy and 20 minutes from Pont d'Ouilly. The space Townhouse on both sides, with a surface area of 78 m2 with a courtyard in front + parking and a garden at the back with terrace and lawn. The house consists of a large living room of about 40 m2 with kitchenette, living room and toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with single bed (possibility to add a single folding bed), a dressing room/office and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Other things to note Check-in from 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Check out at 10 a.m. toilet paper + garbage bag = provided Linens: provided Towels: NOT provided For your information: Bed linen is washed with disinfectant detergent The bathroom and kitchen facilities are cleaned with a disinfectant (the house will be fully disinfected before your arrival) All beds are fitted with a mattress protector. Supermarkets are about a 15-minute drive from the property. Plan some shopping before you check in. Recently the village has been equipped with a bread dispenser located about 100 m from the house.
