Perfect for couples as a romantic getaway or for professionals. The space An independent space, consisting of a private kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, secluded and private balcony, a large Jacuzzi to be used at your leisure and 10 acres of private land of which 7 acres are currently home to some beautiful horses. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, both with king-size beds, and can hold up to four people, however couples and solo travellers can choose whichever room they prefer upon arrival. This property is situated less than 5 miles away from the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Gaydon site, and is a short drive from Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. It is easily accessible at less than 2 miles away from the M40 and is an easy direct stop from London or Birmingham. The 2 level property is attached to the family home, however privacy is guaranteed and the hosts are easily contactable to cater to any queries and needs. Although we welcome children of all ages, it is not particularly 'toddler friendly' as there is no stairgate or locks on the kitchen cupboard doors. Strictly no smoking inside the premises. Guest access The Haven is an annex to the main farmhouse. A duplex cottage with its own separate entrance. Guests have access to the Jacuzzi which will be for guests’ personal use for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Please note that this is a rural location and the nearest village of Bishops Itchington is a 1.75 mile country walk or 1.5 mile drive away. The country walk can get muddy in wet winter weather, so boots are advised or going by car. In the village there is a Coop, The Butcher’s Arms pub, a fish and chip shop and The Village Store coffee shop and deli. We recommend the Village Store for anything from an excellent coffee, homemade pastries, cakes, Cornish Pasties and alcohol.
