All ground floor accommodation (approx. 65.5 sq.m (700 sq.ft)) with a generous open plan living room incorporating a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom (including a built-in wardrobe) with a king-size bed. Modern shower room with wash basin, toilet and thermostatically controlled mixer shower. Well-equipped throughout including built in cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans & cutlery, washer/dryer, Broadband/Wi-Fi, smoke alarm and TV/DVD players (both with Freeview) in the living room and bedroom. Other things to note We occasionally provide holiday accommodation for well behaved dogs, but they are restricted to the main house and back garden. They are not be allowed into the Annexe.
