Float your vacation away in relative privacy... The condo is only 7 total units so very private pool - did I say private ;) Hit Turtle Beach, it's just a 2 minute drive or a 7 minute walk. It's a great beach, less crowded and more convenient than other area beaches. It's closer and easier to access the water from the parking lot and not the teen spring break scene ;) If all the action is what you're after, you can access all the island has to offer with a 5 minute drive, bike ride or better yet a trolley ride, to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. Soak up the festivities, shopping and nightlife. The FREE trolley is an easy stroll from the condo and operates daily, year around. It’s a great way to avoid the hassle of finding parking. You can access Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach, Captain Curt’s and the marina, and the Siesta Key Village. Just 30 min away is St Armand’s Circle, downtown Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch’s upscale UTC mall. Even head East for some horseback riding or watch some polo matches a the world class Sarasota Polo Club. Uber and Lyft extremely accessible as well. Our place is bright, fresh and clean with great views from every room. All the furniture and beds are updated and stylish.
