Cosy room with good access to lakes and coast.

Light airy room small but cosy, overlooks countryside. Parking at the back if you don't want to park on the roadside, small garden with a patio. My home has a wood burner for cold winter evenings. I also have 2 cats so people with allergies may not be suitable guests. House is near the A1/M1 and M62, I am 6 miles from Leeds and 16 from York. All welcome at my wee place. The space I overlook countryside with the local cricket and football field nearby. It is in a quiet rural setting but very handy for onward travel if you just want to stay overnight, the space is small but will sleep 2 although not for a long stay. There is a chest of drawers with space for clothes but no wardrobe. For hanging items I provide hangers and there is a picture rail which is fine. Guest access Guests are welcome to access lounge if they would like, also small garden at the back of the house which has a patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a coffee. The kitchen is available to make drinks or light meals if staying for any length of time. During your stay I am available sometimes, mostly evenings if you would like information about bus services taxis etc. Other things to note Please bring all personal toiletries, thank you. There is a choice of bath or shower. Also a second toilet. No smoking please. Breakfast ie toast cereal etc included. Please advise in advance if you have any food/nut allergies.
