Beautiful apartment in Schönberg - near the Baltic Sea

The space The non-smoking apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house in a very quiet location in Schönberg. Parking is available right outside the door and the center of Schönberg is about 5 minutes' walk away. It is about 4.5 km to the beach. By car, it is about 10 minutes, by bike through the salt marshes about 30 minutes. In Schönberg there are all kinds of shopping (e.g. Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Takko, Penny, Rossmann and many others!) The friendly apartment of about 60 square meters consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). A fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) The other room consists of a combined living/dining/sleeping area. In these rooms there is a couch, dining area with 4 chairs and a pull-out bed in the size 1.60 m x 2.00 m. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet! Tiles in the bathroom and in the kitchen is vinyl flooring. Laminate in the bedroom and in the combined living/dining/sleeping area. Flat-screen TV in both rooms. Various board games are provided. Use of the washing machine and dryer is possible by arrangement. A crib and high chair are provided upon request. Towels and a set of linens are of course included in the price, as well as the final cleaning. The apartment must be handed over in a clean condition. Departure by 11 am Guest access Behind the house is a garden that can also be used. (no private garden) A gazebo with table and 4 chairs is available for you from the end of April to mid-October. A grill is also available there. Other things to note It is the beach in the immediate vicinity that makes the vacation here so attractive. The state capital of Kiel (20 km) is worth a visit. Many leisure activities in the surrounding area. It is the ideal starting point for bike tours through the salt marshes.
