A beautiful Holiday Cottage by the River Coquet in the popular Village of Rothbury in the Northumebrland National Park. Perfect for a rural getway while still being close the amenities. The space River Neuk is approached from the Market Place through a private pedestrian lane and then through a personal secure gate to the courtyard. A state of the art keyless entry system on the main door leads into the Entrance Hall. This simple system means you have the freedom to not worry about carrying keys with you during your stay. In the entrance hall you will find coat hooks and towels provided for you to dry down your pets, should you wish to bring them with you. River Neuk has full gas central heating and is fully equipped to an extremely high standard throughout the property. The Entrance Hall has access to all of the rooms which include: A comfortable and spacious Dining Lounge with a feature electric fire and surround. There is plenty of comfortable seating for four people with a stylish three seater settee and a two seater settee, oak laminate flooring and window to the front of the property. There is a 32" LCD television with Free Sat, DVD player, Hifi stereo system, Wii games console, a collection of books, games, and DVDs and free Wi-fi internet access for your entertainment. The dining area in the corner of the Lounge has a dining table and four chairs. A pine dresser in the kitchen extension area is complete with a full range of glasses and crockery items. The attractive modern Kitchen is extremely well equipped and fitted with a range of wall and base units with wooden work surfaces. It has modern integrated appliances including an electric oven with gas hob and extractor hood, a microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Two velux roof lights give the kitchen a bright and airy feel. The Master Bedroom has a lovely double bed with matching bed side tables, a pine double wardrobe and large chest of drawers. There is plenty of storage space here for everything that you would like to bring with you for your holiday. The Second Bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. All beds will be made up prior to your arrival and a full set of towels is provided per person staying. The modern Bathroom has a panelled bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin, low level WC, tiled walls and flooring, vanity mirror, heated towel radiator and washing machine. River Neuk is suitable for guests with mobility problems, however there is a very small step into the flat and another into the hallway. There is plenty of free on street parking available within close proximity of River Neuk.
