Apartment is located in new building in the city of Riga. Area is quiet and located only 15 minutes away from the old town by taxi or public transport (stop - 2 min walk). Apartment is brand new and can host 4 people max, non - smoking. Please note that booking can not be made on the same night, I will need 2 day notice for booking to be made. The space Top floor (5th floor), light apartment (floor to ceiling windows) with great location, elevator access and free secured parking for the car. We can also provide transfer to and from the airport or central bus station. Check in and check out times are flexible and can be arranged prior. Apartment which is located on 5th floor has a nice balcony. Guest access Free wifi, free car parking, intercom and safe space to have a great holiday. You will be provided with towels, plates, cups, spoons etc. We also have free drinking water for guest use as well as coffee machine if you are a coffee lover. Other things to note Apartment is ideal for 4 people max, you will be provided with emergency contact numbers and all of the information, cost for utilities (water, electricity and heating) is included in the price. Check in from 12:00 am - 6:00 am extra 15.00 euros.
