The 900 m² fully enclosed garden is not overlooked. Shops nearby. Water sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 1.5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center. Located in the heart of the Médoc, close to the Route des Châteaux with its world-famous vineyards! This house consists of: A very bright living room/lounge with a bay window opening onto the terrace. 1 double sofa bed, shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, built-in electric oven, 4 gas burners, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and microwave. There is a table and chairs for 4, a TV, a double sofa bed, and a large closet. Two bedrooms with double beds and closets (one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and the second bedroom with a 160 cm bed). Sheets and towels are provided. Outside, there is a barbecue, a table and chairs for 4, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a solar shower (a second bathroom for summer use). The chalet is located in the town of Grayan, 9 km from Soulac/mer, 10 minutes by car, and 7 km from Montalivet. Our supervised, very natural beach is located 4 km away (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike), and you'll find sports activities for your children on site. Heading up towards Le Verdon/mer, you'll find a tourist port with restaurants and sports activities (jet skiing, sailing lessons, etc.). There are also night markets every evening in the surrounding villages (Grayan, Vensac, Talais, etc.). Going up 10 km, you'll find the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip. Further south (an hour's drive), you'll find the Arcachon Bay with the Pyla dune and its oyster beds. You can sample the oysters on site with a view of Bird Island!
