Pure idyll! The tiny house is in the garden. For relaxed tranquility and wonderful greenery all around the vacation home. Just 4 kilometers from the gates of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Kritzmow is a suburb of Rostock. The space The tiny house is small and nice and was built in 2019. There are three sleeping areas, the first upper area with a double bed, the second upper area with a single bed (suitable for older children) and in the lower area a sofa bed for two people. If more than 3 people want to come, please ask extra. There is also an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet in the house. The tiny house is modern and cozy. You will find everything you need for a nice vacation! The adjoining terrace and garden offer plenty of space and opportunities for outdoor vacation moments surrounded by greenery. Important: 1. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. 2. Public transportation is very limited on weekends. 3. Infants up to 2 years old pay €10/night. (Although it is not suitable for toddlers due to the stairs and the lack of space to set up a crib) 4. The cooking basics are there. However, it is very difficult with large dishes (the smell lasts forever in the tiny house). Small dishes are not a problem. Guest access An idyllic access leads to the tiny house in the garden 🪴 Arrival: from 3 PM Departure: by 11 AM I will send the key code for the tiny house idyll in good time before arrival. Partys are not allowed. Other things to note The town of Kritzmow is a small suburb of the Hanseatic city of Rostock and offers a wide range of shopping, bakery, pharmacy, bank, restaurant and only good transport connections, also by public transport. Kritzmow is actually only recommended for guests with a car. The connection to an extensive network of bike paths makes bike tours easy. Location: The tiny house is centrally and absolutely quietly located on the outskirts of Rostock, in the district of Kritzmow. This holiday home offers the optimal starting point for an eventful Baltic Sea vacation. The seaside resort of Warnemünde and the city center of Rostock are easily accessible in 15 - 20 minutes. Beaches: The beaches of the Baltic Sea resorts of Warnemünde (about 15 km), Heiligendamm (about 20 km), Kühlungsborn (about 25 km) and Rerik (about 25 km) are within easy reach. Leisure: From your holiday accommodation you can quickly reach the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde with its incomparable flair on the "Old Stream" and the wonderfully wide white sandy beach. The center of the Hanseatic city of Rostock with its numerous monuments, such as St. Mary's Church, the university, the city harbor or the historic old town, can be reached quickly. The zoo with Darwinium is about 8 km away. Bad Doberan with its classical buildings and the century Cistercian monastery as well as the Doberan Cathedral is only 14 km away. A special experience is to take a ride from there with the "Molli," a historic narrow-gauge railway, to the oldest seaside resort in Germany, "Heiligendamm," and on to the seaside resort of "Kühlungsborn."
