Fantastic oasis in Northern Sealand

Welcome to our unique, architect designed Danish summer house, a special place with 'hygge’ potential all year. The interior is cozy but with lots of modern, interior design features. Our open-plan living space includes a large dining table, desk space, 3 big sofas and tv. Our well-equipped kitchen is focused around a kitchen island which faces out into the garden. In the summer you can enjoy the private, peaceful garden and the large terrace. For the cold periods there is a wood burning stove. The space - We have a smart TV and a Sonos so you can listen to music or podcasts. - The private, peaceful garden and the large terrace for entertaining in the evenings or your morning yoga routine (you are very welcome to use the yoga mats in the house) - The house is very well insulated and can be used all year round - there is a heat pump in the living room, and electric radiators in all rooms. This is a family summer house and we welcome children. - Please do use the games and toys both inside and out in the garden. And feel free to use all other facilities both inside and outside, including lighting a fire in the log burner. - In the kitchen there is also a little tray with olive oil, vinegar and spices that you are welcome to use. Other things to note Welcome to beautiful Tisvildeleje, a tiny seaside town with a big reputation and a surprisingly cosmopolitan feel. You are a short distance away from the beach/coast; there is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest steps down to the local beach. Go for a swim during the day or walk up and enjoy the wonderful sunset in the evening. Or you can walk or drive into Tisvildeleje village (a 5 minute drive away) and enjoy the cafes, restaurants or the cozy, small, bohemian boutiques. There is a well-stocked grocery store with a far greater selection than your average corner shop including many organic, vegetarian and vegan products, not to forget a great selection of wine. The village also has a local baker selling freshly baked Danish pastry and ryebread, plenty of ice cream outlets in the summer, fantastic coffee and even a small cinema. There is also a fish van several times a week. There is a detailed booklet in the house with all of our favourite recommendations.
