Spacious and rustic house by the farm. The house is located in quiet and rural surroundings close to Kystriksveien/Fv17 (300m) and E6 (1.5 km). Here you can hear cowbells and observe the work on the fields. We have dairy cows (about 30) and are engaged in egg production (15,000 hens). From the kitchen and living room windows you may be lucky to see moose grazing on the land. The house is well suited for long-term stays. The space The home: Stepless entrance. The surrounding area: The house/unit is located above our farm. On the farm we are engaged in milk production, meat production, forest, grain and egg production (15,000 hens). On the farm we have a horse and cows that graze outside in the summer. They are social and can be patted and scratched. But be aware that there may be electricity on the fences. Hiking possibilities: "Gamle Kongevei" (old road) passes through the farm property. It creates a nice hiking trail into the woods; on foot or on an off-road bike. Guest access Private parking by the house. Large covered porch on the same level as the 1st floor. Wheelchair access. Other things to note Our dog Dimma is 4 years old (Icelandic sheepdog). She usually walks freely. She is very friendly and still a puppy🙈 and quickly makes contact with guests. But it can have a bit of a herding instinct.....also for cars😩so drive a little calmly over the yard. If you do not want to interact with her, please let us know and we will keep her inside/on a leash during your stay.
