It can comfortably accommodate 8 people It consists of a large living room with sofa bed king size, dining table, a large fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes and everything you need for cooking and preparing breakfast . Three connecting rooms, one with 1 double bed, one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed , 1 with two sigle beds and large closets two bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, one renovated in February 2024 You will find all the comforts of home with fine bed linen and towels, a 32-inch plasma SMART TV with NETFLIX, free wifi, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is on the ground floor of an old building in the historic center and overlooking a wonderful secret garden, hidden behind the walls of the old palaces where once stood the Roman domus gardens. An outdoor space will give you moments of relaxation and calm in the green in a unique oasis in the heart of the city. You can access for unloading and loading your luggage. If you need a parking it's possible in a secure parking 5 minutes walking. in this case you have to book in advance , the price is 10 Euro per day for my guests.( payement and ticket during the check in) CITY TAX TO PAY AT ARRIVAL € 3 per person per night, for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights.
