Guest access This home is for your own private use. The host reserves the right to access the property with 24 hours notice in case any emergency repairs are required, allow access for gardening etc Other things to note The owners will accept guests with one dog with the following polite requests: -One dog only and to be kept downstairs. -The dog must be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the vicinity of the farm and local fields due to livestock in the fields. -Please adhere to the country code in having your dog on a lead whilst along footpaths and open fields. -Note that the home is located in a rural area. The home is not suitable without access to a car. -The home is a period cottage and there are uneven steps through the garden and to the entrance.
