Casa Trinacria is an intimate, newly built apartment with cozy and functional rooms, equipped with all comforts. Ideal for families with children or couples, it is located on a hill that allows the sun to illuminate the apartment from every angle and the wind to cool the beautiful summer days in Sicily. The space The house has a double bed, a very comfortable sofa bed with wooden slats and new mattresses (for single or double use), and in addition, if you wish, a crib or a cot for babies or children. The kitchen (new) is complete, it also has an oven, all the necessary dishes and tablecloths (also new). In the living room there is a sofa bed, which can easily accommodate 2 people. The bedroom, fresh and airy, is equipped with linens, with double replacements (towels, beach towels, bathrobes, sheets, mattress covers, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower stall, a new washing machine available for guests, and basic toiletries. All rooms, including the front door, are equipped with mosquito nets. Outside the apartment, you can also take advantage of a very comfortable outdoor shower (perhaps when returning from a day at the beach) located next to the veranda, an area used for guest relaxation, with armchairs, deck chairs, tables and candles in abundance. On the veranda, our guests can also take advantage of the barbecue to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings outdoors. Guest access Although the house consists of two apartments (one of which belongs to the hosts), guests have full freedom of entry and exit, thanks to the independent entrance directly to the apartment.
