Guest access You have full sole use of all of the property which is very secure and literally a home from home, all you need to bring is your clothes and personal belongings. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE:- We do not charge a cleaning fee. Some hosts offer a cheap rental rate to make their listing appear better value, but then add a hidden cleaning fee to increase their income. We do however charge a minimum €60 cleaning fee if you leave an untidy messy house, if you smoke in the property or leave unwashed crockery, utensils and cooking equipment. PARKING:- Street parking is available across the road @ €2 for 24hrs, and there is a disabled parking space for EU blue card holders directly outside the door. All parking is free anywhere with a disabled permit. There is also a car park less than 5 minutes walk away.....€1 for 24hrs. Parking is FREE everywhere between the hours of 6pm to 9am and all day Sunday. ELECTRICITY:- Eectricity is metered. The meter takes €1 & €2 coins. A €5 credit is applied on check in. The meter is set below the cost per unit and averagely costs €1 - €2 per day depending on guest usage. DOCTOR:- There is a 24hr emergency doctor service (Westdoc) in the town available to all visitors. BREAKFAST :- If you don’t want to cook, ‘The Post House’ cafe is directly across the road, and 'Lillies Bar & Restaurant' is only 20 metres away! There are lots of other excellent cafes, coffee houses, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. OTHER SERVICES:- the main post office is 50 yards away. Lidl & Aldi supermarkets, and a late opening convenience, store are a three minute walk away.
