Located at Flamingo Condo with the beautiful Miami bay view, a two bedrooms two bathrooms apartment well equipped! You will fall in love with its space and view! PLEASE NOTE: MOST OF THE PICTURES HAVE BEEN TAKEN ON 1ST OF SEPTEMBER 2023 AND SOME IN JANUARY 2026. There could be some little marks on the walls. A bright and beautiful 100 square meters apartment composed by: Living room: very large, with an L shape white leatherette sofa, a 55" LG Television with AT&T BASIC SUBSCRIPTION channels, a Vizio sound bar, AT&T internet connection Wi-fi, kitchen (completely renovated in 2024) with Nespresso machine, american coffee machine, toaster, blender and lot of potteries and glasses and a new January 2026 washing and dryer combo machine. Lovely balcony with table and three chairs, staring at the wonderful Miami Bay view. Master Bedroom: a modern comfortable white king size bed with nightstands and a dresser, two large closet and direct access to the one bathroom with tub. Second Bedroom: two comfortable queen size beds, with a nightstand in the middle, a dresser and a closet. There is a 40 Insigna SMART TV without the cable service (only for SMART APP). Lot of bed linens and bath towels provided, iron and iron board, vacuum and two hair-combs. You won't miss ANYTHING for your vacation! SUITABLE FOR A FAMILY. Guest access VERY IMPORTANT: To access the condo, elevators and pools and other condo areas, you must do the fingerprint registration and get a resort-fob. How? Buying a Money-Order at any Publix supermarket (because the condo management doesn't accept cash or checks), which costs 25$ + taxes each tenant. IT EXPIRES AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE. To get the fobs/fingerprints, bring the money orders along with your ID's (or passports for non-US resident) to the Flamingo South Tower office management in the lobby, asking for the lease to be printed and then go to the Center Tower office, on the 3rd floor. The whole process to get the fingerprints and fobs could take about 30-45 minutes. Other things to note CHECK-IN is after 4pm (I may be able to accommodate you with an early check-in, if unit is available). My assistants will meet you at the lobby of the Flamingo South Tower and check you in the apartment. It's very important that you text us as you land or leaving the Airport. CHECK-OUT IS AT 10AM.
