Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please dispose of garbage in the trash can located at the stairway access on the apartment's stairway. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF THE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, for which the owner must send someone to make repairs or pay more for cleaning. Guest access Access to the condominium and apartment: Access to the condominium is exclusively by facial detection. After confirming the reservation, you will receive a link to perform the facial registration, ensuring your entry and exit with safety and practicality. There are no physical keys: you will have a unique code to open the apartment door. If you are driving, the garage remote will be available on the keychain inside the apartment. To access the condominium, you will need to provide some personal data: CPF, full name, telephone number and email. Other things to note Our guests must bring their own hygiene and cleaning items, as well as food and beverages. Guests can message the owner directly with any questions they may have, and the owner will respond immediately. In the event of a broken glass, wine glass or plate, an additional amount of R$ 5.00 to R$ 15.00 (cost price only) per unit will be charged for replacement purposes. In case of breaking rules or receiving a warning/fine from the condominium, an additional amount will be charged according to the regulation.
