Our comfortable loft awaits everybody from everywhere. You can enjoy peaceful sleep in a wooden house, which is built of all natural materials. There is sofa which transforms into comfortable queen bed and 2 singles, privately located. It is possible to add 2 extra beds. External bathroom is located downstairs. Loft has private entrance, balcony, lake view and beach access. Next to the house, there is playground, watch tower and small harbour. Cafe serves local food and Estonian craft beers. Loft is newly decorated in a romantic decor. There is sofa which transforms into comfortable queen bed and 2 singles, privately located, which can be pushed together. It is possible to add 2 extra beds. We have a TV and WIFI. Room is located on the second floor and one has to go downstairs to use the bathroom. Loft has private entrance, small balcony, lake view and beach access. Next to the house, there is playground, watch tower and small harbour. Cafe serves local food and Estonian craft beers. Building is located directly by the Lake Võrtsjärv - the largest lake in Estonia. We offer boat rental and boat cruises. Location is perfect to discover our beautiful Estonia. Only 35 km to Viljandi and 35 km to Tartu. Guest access Guests can access whole area, lots of greenery, seating spots, watch tower, harbour, playground, beach etc. Other things to note Bathroom is not inside the loft. It is located downstairs and might be used by other guests as well. We are located directly by the lake and have lots of greenery - one must consider there could be mosquitos during some times of the year. Small cafe is located on the first floor - people will be visiting the site during the daytime (don't worry - apartment is quite private though).
