Lovely house in the middle of est-Sicily

Hi, nice to meet you, I'm Valerio! :):):) Lentini is 18 minutes from Catania, 35 minutes from Syracuse and 45 from Ragusa. My house is on two levels: first floor, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and hallway; on the second floor there is a 75-square-meter living space with kitchen, bathroom, living room, 2 fireplaces and terrace with views of the Biviere, Lake Lentini. The house is perfectly furnished and finished, with air conditioners, fireplaces, stoves in the bathroom, steel fixtures. The space Soaps, towels, bed sheets and breakfast included! There is the kitchen, cookware, dishes and everything you need to cook (also the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute walk away). You can relax in the large and cozy living room, and you can have lunch and dinner on the small terrace; you can enjoy the cool evening air by opening the windows on both sides of the house. Very important: on the second floor there are 2 (two) air conditioners. Two more on the first floor. Needless to say, the summers in Sicily are sweltering. But anyway, there shouldn't be any problems here! :) Other things to note The house is located in Lentini, a town in the province of Syracuse. Lentini is in a particularly strategic point for visiting all of eastern Sicily. In fact, it is in the center between Catania and Taormina to the north, Syracuse in South and Dubrovnik, Noto, Marzamemi, etc in the South-West. The beach is also 10 minutes to the east. If you want to visit all of eastern Sicily, it's the perfect place to stay!!
