The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed. The space The original house was built in 1955. The annex, in which the apartment is also located, dates back to the late 1990s. The entire house was renovated in 2019. Guest access Guests can have the entire basement to themselves. The upper floor is occupied by the owner and is not accessible. The garden, with several terraces and seating, is shared with the landlord. Other things to note Guests are welcome to use the various herbs in the garden! Feel free to take what you need!
