There is, for an additional charge, an 85m2 room : yoga, small wedding, seminar. The Moulin de Saint-Avit has 550m2 of interior charm with its old stones associated with recent renovations. You have the possibility of adding, with extra charge, a renovated 85m2 room in a barn for your most beautiful little events: yoga, seminar, small wedding, birthday, ... It is located on 5 hectares of garden and meadow with a river and a reach. It enjoys a calm and a magnificent view of the listed village of Saint-Avit. The interior is composed of 11 bedrooms of 16m2 to 30m2 each, 9 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large dining room, 3 lounges, a billiard table. Outside, you will enjoy a large charming wooden terrace, a jacuzzi which takes over from the swimming pool (open from September 15 to April 30), a large swimming pool of 12x6 meters. You will always be charmed by the peaceful place. Many sites of interest in the immediate vicinity (2 to 15 minutes): Château de Biron, Château de Bonaguil, Village of Saint-Avit, Parc en ciel, 3 of the most beautiful villages in France with Monpazier, Villereal and Monflanquin. A little further, you will also be able to impress yourself by visiting Penne d'Agences, Pujols, Domme, la Roque Gageac, Castenelaud, and many others. The Mill being located on the border of the Dordogne, Lot and Lot et Garonne you will have plenty of vineyards to discover with different grape varieties. Thus, you will have the Cahors in the Lot with its powerful wines, the Bergeracois, the Monbazillac, the pécharments, ... Indeed, you will have access to many of the most tourist sites in these 3 regions for a journey from 5 minutes to 1 hour maximum. (between 40 and 60 km) On-site parking. In July and August arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays. Meals can be delivered on site at an additional cost. Bed linen is included in the price. Towels are to be brought along or as a supplement (€ 10 per set of bath and pool towels). All charges are included. 5 rooms are heated by electric radiators for which a fixed rate of 50 kWh per day is included in the price (this corresponds to normal use in winter). In case of exceeding 0.15 € will be charged per additional kwh. The outdoor jacuzzi / spa is open from October 1st to April 30. Spa rules: no drink nearby and no children alone in it. If the water is dirty when you leave, we will keep 300 € for retirees all on the rental guarantee. The event room is extra charge.
