Beautiful T2 ideally placed to enjoy a stay for 2 in the Venice of the Alps The space Discover the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes". This apartment can accommodate 2 people, on the 7th floor with elevator, alone on the landing. The bedroom has a 160x190 bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a nice day at the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a television, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a piston coffee machine, a washing machine... The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the toilets are separated. Please note, following a flood, the bathroom door was replaced by a curtain. Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake). Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paid during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or even in the Bonlieu underground car parks. Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person / day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested. If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening. To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
