Rural stay on a beautiful farm

Welcome to our farm, lovely situated in a little valley, with two surrounding rivers. Great view to the mountains, and nice hikes just arround the corner. The space Pitoresque, original, beautiful! We are situated in a small valley, about 5 km from the center of our small village (Bygstad), at the inner part of "Dalsfjorden" and the river "Gaula", With a spectacular view to the mountain "Storehesten" (1209 meter above sea level). It is possible to rent a boat in the village, the fishing is often good, and there are limitless possibilities for beautiful mountain hiking in the area, where several lakes offers nice trouts, if you are lucky. We are situated about 160 km north from Bergen, approximatly 3 hours by car. There is a small airport (Bringeland, Førde), 7 km from our home. The closest "city" is Førde (apr 13000 inhabitants), 22 km from our place. Guest access Own guesthouse, with free parking. Bath and toilet on the groundfloor, kitchen/livingroom combined (about 100 squaremeters) on 1. floor with its own balcony, and bedrooms on the 2. floor. We are sorry that we don't offer TV and internet yet, that will be fixed during 2016. As a guest you are welcome to participate in the farm activities. We will of course advise you about the local possibilities, and when possible join you on a mountain hike, if wanted. The weather are sometimes a challenge in our part of Norway, well known for its rainy climate. Though, summertime can also be nice and sunny, as the winter often offers good snow- and skiing conditions, both off-pist alpine and cross-country. In the summertime we have some nice spots for swimming in the two rivers which surround the farm, and in the fjord. We will gladly show you our treasures!! We don't offer breakfast, but you have all you need in the kitchen to make your own. Though, as a treat, you can obtain fresh eggs from our hens.
