In the midst of a lush forest landscape is our architect-designed vacation home, a true retreat for anyone who longs for relaxation, comfort and a touch of luxury. Surrounded by the greenery of the Overijsselse Vechtdal, this bungalow offers a unique experience for lovers of peace, space and nature. The space Enjoy a carefree stay in a comfortable and stylishly furnished vacation home where warmth and coziness are central. The entire house is comfortably heated by underfloor heating and an atmospheric wood-burning stove, so you are assured of a pleasant indoor climate every season. The spacious living room is ideal for being together and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. At the large dining table with comfortable Artifort designer chairs, you can dine extensively or play games. In the sitting area, you will find a spacious 3-person sofa and 2 Artifort relaxing armchairs. A 50-inch smart TV is available for your entertainment. In addition, for those who value nostalgia, there is a DVD player with a selection of classic DVD titles. Even the youngest guests don't have to be bored for a moment. There are plenty of toys available, including Lego, Duplo, Kapla, board games and a Wii game console. And a playground in front of the door. BEDROOMS • Bedroom 1: Double bed • Bedroom 2: Two single beds • Floor: Two single beds, extra TV and game console BATHROOM The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a spacious whirlpool, ideal for relaxation after an active day. The toilet is separate. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES • Indoor storage: washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave, high chair, camping bed, shuffleboard • Shed: Table tennis bats, badminton rackets and more sports and game equipment This house offers everything for a relaxing, cozy and complete vacation for young and old! Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house and can park in front of the door. CHARGING POINTS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES For guests with an electric vehicle, charging points are available at the park. This way you can easily charge your car during the stay, so you can go out without worries. The charging points can be found at a parking lot near our house. When charging is complete, please return your car to your own parking space as soon as possible. The use of an extension cable from our house to charge your vehicle is of course NOT allowed. Other things to note We are happy to welcome you to our house, in the middle of a quiet area where nature lovers can fully enjoy themselves. Our house is not suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. • Bed linen and towels: We kindly ask you to provide your own bed linen and towels and kitchen towels. (Rent subject to availability. 15.00 bed linen and 5.00 towels, per person) • Firewood: Firewood is not included in the stay, but can be obtained for a fee (€5 per auction box). • We ask you to leave the wood stove tidy after use. (Cost for cleaning is €10) • Sleeping areas: The third sleeping area on the floor has no door and is partly open connected to the living area. Despite the open character, you will experience privacy here. • Plastering: The plastering on the underside of the walls is currently damaged. Repair work has yet to take place; for the time being, the damaged part has been painted white.
