This comfy authentic home is set in a wonderful location of a quiet yet central location within Moshi. From the street you will be able to view the spectacular top of Kilimanjaro and it serves as an excellent starting point for climbers and is only a short walk away from the old market and bus station taking you to the hot springs, waterfalls and surrounding nature. We serve breakfast and are flexible to your needs. You have the bedroom to yourself and are most welcome to use our balcony. Our wonderful home called Faraja homestay is very experienced hosting people from across the world who come to Tanzania for volunteering, climbing and safari - usually through programmes. Wifi and TV available too! We are a family of English and Swahili speakers and will give you the information and rest you need. You are welcome to have breakfast that we provide and use our balcony to relax. The bedroom you will have to yourself. The kitchen and living room are free to access as well. Welcome to our home! We are very used to guests asking for recommendations as there is an overwhelming amount of things to do in Moshi and its surrounding areas. Please ask any of us and we will guide you. The neighborhood is a peaceful one, with warm welcoming people - most of them our friends. Shops are nearby and the city center is within walking distance where restaurants, cafes and buses are. For those travelling on business, it will be easy to organize public transport to Moshi’s business center. Moshi is small with a lot to offer. Walking anywhere is easy and transport to delightful sights as hot springs and waterfalls can either be done by bajajis as a cheap mode of individual transport or buses equally easily. You will find that our street is a great place to start your climb to the Kilimanjaro.
