Hopton Cottage

This four-bedroom cottage is comfortably furnished throughout and fully equipped for a perfect stay. Hopton cottage features an entrance hall with storage and open plan living / dining / kitchen area with TV and DVD. The Kitchen is well-equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. On the first floor there is a spacious zip and link bedroom with ensuite bathroom and further two zip and link bedrooms which share a separate shower room. The ground floor bedroom features a zip and link bedroom with a large en-suite wet room and WC which is suitable for those with limited mobility. Prices are inclusive of linen, towels and electricity. Locally there is something for everyone from activities and attractions for tots and teens to couples, families and groups, from the most active to the more sedate. Children are most welcome. There are excellent places to eat and shop; from traditional local pubs to the many cafe's bars and restaurants of Matlock and a little farther a field Ashbourne and Chesterfield. Bakewell is particularly well-served with its quaint and interesting shopping arcades full of antique, curio and gift shops. Attractions abound in The Peak including steam railways, outdoor activity centres, limestone caverns, pony trekking, museums, stately homes and amusement parks such as Alton Towers and Gullivers Kingdom. The space Spacious, modern and cosy, Hopton has been designed to provide a comfortable base for up to 8 people. Just a short walk from the edge of Darwin Lake, it enjoys prime positioning in our Holiday Village. To the left of the entrance hallway is access to the generously-sized, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. This wraps its way round much of the bottom floor and is an ideal place for you all to gather and unwind. Elsewhere on the ground floor, there is also one of the four bedrooms in the cottage; as well as access to the back patio. This bedroom has its own ensuite. Heading upstairs, the first floor offers peaceful views out over the waters of Darwin Lake. The space provides access to the remaining three bedrooms.
