On a lakeside setting beside a public jetty which has direct access to the Shannon-Erne Waterway and near to the National Trust Crom Estate. A spacious, bright, airy, fully equipped self-catering house which has direct access down to Bun Bridge public jetty & small craft slipway. Relax, BBQ, stroll around, swim/jump off the jetty, use the slipway to launch your boat, jetski, kayak or do a spot of fishing. The space Use the huge patio to enjoy meals alfresco whilst the kids play and the adults savour some of Fermanagh’s most stunning views over the lake and countryside. The pace of your stay on offer here, fast or slow, is purely up to you! The house has central heating throughout, wood burning stove, parking for several cars with or without any water sports toys and can sleep 9/10 people comfortably. It is located between the towns of Lisnaskea and Newtownbutler perfect for exploring Fermanagh's many attractions. Some well-known amenities are the Crom Estate, Slieve Russell Championship golf course, the Castle Saunderson Trail & International Scout centre, the Belturbet parkland golf course, the Marble Arch Caves, Cuilagh (mountain) Boardwalk, Florence Court House, the Cavan Burren Park, Castlecoole and Lough Erne Golf Resort (35min drive) and via boat access to the Shannon Erne Waterway. On the ground floor is a separate double bedroom with walk-in wet-room and WC off a rear hall. A utility room with Fridge freezer, large sink, cupboards, washing machine, tumble dryer, leading to a large spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island for food preparation, integrated Hop/Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave. The dining area has a large table and 8 chairs, wood burning stove, leading to the living room with TV, Broadband, and adjoining separate reading/quiet room. Patio doors lead out from the living room to the gardens and a huge waterfront patio with outdoor log burner, BBq, table & chairs. Please note all bookings over bank holidays are a minimum of 3 nights, however 2 nights bookings can be made on most other Friday check-ins. Guest access Guests have full use of the 4 bedroom house, however the adjacent garage and room above it are locked and not accessible to guests. Outdoor BBQ, fire pit & patio with outdoor furniture.
