Cozy house in Hamburgsund (Tegelstrand). A perfect place if you want to live next to the sea and see nice sunsets. GROUND FLOOR: Hall, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom UPPER FLOOR: Hallway and 3 Bedrooms (one large and two smaller) OTHER: Wi-Fi, TV via Chromecast, Grill, some outdoor furniture, sun loungers, etc. Note: You leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, i.e. cleaned. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest. Proximity to Fjällbacka, Tanum, Grebbestad, Bovallstrand, Hunnebo, Smögen etc. The space FLOOR 1. KITCHEN with stove, oven, refrigerator with small freezer, coffee maker, smoothie mixer, toaster, microwave, etc. DINING ROOM with room for 6 people LIVING ROOM Two sofas, two armchairs, a large TV with Chromecast (streaming). TOILET/BATHROOM: Newly renovated 2025 FLOOR 2. BEDROOM 1. Large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe BEDROOM 2. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe BEDROOM 3. Sun loungers, barbecue Other things to note The water comes from our "own well" and has not been checked in a few years, we recommend drinking bottled water (especially children) although there is probably no danger with the water (we drink the water ourselves sometimes). Cooking, making coffee, etc. works great, of course.
