Vacation home zum Berg The space The cottage has 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 3 single beds. The kitchen serves at the same time as a living room with TV, fridge, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Dishes and silverware are available. The bathroom has two other sinks in addition to a shower and toilet. Outside there is also a shower with curtain and a toilet with lockable door. A covered terrace with a table and seating completes the house. Next to the house is a covered and tempered pool (private pool), as well as a large meadow and forest. The meadow also offers a way to camp for larger groups. A beekeeping is located about 100 m next to the house in the forest. The grounds are partially fenced and the path is partially paved. Please note that our cottage is very idyllically located and does not have its own address. Therefore, we welcome our guests at the address provided and accompany you to the accommodation (Geogr. Width:49.62510467277909, Geogr. Length 11.559711887588492). The cottage is operated with a power generator as there is no running water as well as electricity. Thus, the generator must be turned on for all electricity-operated devices. This is connected to a large tank, so no independent refilling is necessary. The water from the taps in the house and the shower is not drinkable! Drinking water with glass carafes is provided free of charge for this. Both light and water system work without a power generator. ( Except: washing machine, dishwasher, larger consumers, infrared cabin) On the Youtube channel "beekeeper pirates" there is the possibility to visit the apartment. The rental price is up to 10 persons. In addition, a price per person of €20 is required. Our cottage is located in a quiet area in a small wooded area on the outskirts of Neuhaus an der Pegnitz. The center of the place can be reached by car within three minutes. For the varied leisure activities, there are some climbing rocks, hiking trails, stalactite caves, grottos, a pony farm, swimming pools/spa/adventure pool, cinema, fishing, canoeing, etc. in the nearby area.
