Vacation home on the mountain The space The cottage has 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 3 single beds. The kitchen also serves as a lounge with TV, refrigerator, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Dishes and cutlery are provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as two more sinks. Outside there is also a shower with curtain and a toilet with lockable door. A covered terrace with a table and seating completes the house. Next to the house is a covered and temperature-controlled pool (private pool), as well as a large meadow and a forest. The meadow also offers an opportunity for camping for larger groups. A bee farm is located about 100 m next to the house in the forest. The grounds are partially fenced and the path is partially paved. Please note that our vacation home is very idyllically located and does not have its own address. Therefore, we welcome our guests at the specified address and accompany them to the accommodation (Geogr. latitude: 49.62510467277909, longitude 11.559711887588492). The cottage is powered by an electric generator as there is no running water or electricity. Thus, the generator must be switched on for all devices operated with electricity. This is connected to a large tank, so no independent refilling is necessary. The water from the taps in the house and the shower is not drinkable! Drinking water with glass carafes is provided free of charge. Both light and water system work without a power generator. (Excluded: washing machine, dishwasher, larger consumers, infrared cabin) On the YouTube channel "Imkerpiraten" there is the possibility to view the apartment. The rental price is valid for up to 10 people. In addition, a price per person of €20 is requested. Our vacation home is located in a quiet area in a small forest on the edge of Neuhaus an der Pegnitz. The center of the village is a three-minute drive away. For varied leisure activities there are some climbing rocks, hiking trails, stalactite caves, grottos, a pony farm, swimming pools/thermal baths/adventure pool, cinema, fishing, opportunities for canoeing etc. nearby.
