Charming Périgord house of 49 m2 located in the heart of nature with 2 hectares of meadows and woods that surround you, while being 3 km from the historic center of Sarlat. Private terrace with views of the woods and a large saltwater swimming pool, 13.5 m x 4.5 m, shared with the 3 lodges, is available from May to September. Don't worry, no matter what time you check in, your beds will have been prepared by us. The space Fully equipped to feel at home: Kitchenette with dishwasher, combined microwave oven, gas hotplates, refrigerator, SENSEO coffee maker, living room with table and four chairs as well as a sofa bed (rapido), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, on the ground floor. Upstairs a mezzanine with bunk beds and a separate bedroom with 140 x 190 bed. You also have Wi-Fi access and TV. Basic products (dishwashing liquid, cleaning product, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent) are at your disposal. Outside: barbecue, pergola with garden furniture, all facing the pool and the woods. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment with its private terrace. A swimming pool and a room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer are common to the three cottages.
