TRADITIONAL SPANISH TOWN HOUSE

The town house is in a traditional street in the town of Sax. It's central location means you can walk just seconds to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. You can take a local bus to surrounding villages or town. Apart from a transfer from the airport you do not need a car to enjoy your stay. The house has everything you need for a self catering holiday and our key holder is just a call away if you need anything. Enjoy a traditional Spanish stay, live like a local. The space You will have all the facilities of a home from home. Wood burner for colder evenings and gas heaters. There is no air con but fans in all the rooms. The house is a short walk away from the Sax Castle and around the corner from the weekly market (Monday). Fabulous fresh local produce is on sale at very reasonable costs. It is an ideal base for visits to local attractions and the beach is only a 30 minute drive away. Sax has all you need in terms of shops, banks, supermarkets and many restaurants and bars. The latter you will find much cheaper than the coast. The menu dia is always a great deal with a 4 course meal with coffee and wine or beer for 9euros or cheaper. Traditional Spanish breakfasts are around 2 euros per person. The house has a small terrace for sitting use but only a 5 minute walk takes you to the out door swimming pool and sports area. This is a lovely space and there is an on site café/bar. The pool is just a couple of euros for all day use. The house has all you need including crockery, pots, pans, glasses, tea towels etc. There is a dining table for 8. For your information, the upstairs bedrooms consist of 2 double beds. Downstairs there is a small room with a sofa bed which can be set up as a double. The couch in the lounge can also be set up as a sofa bed.
