Close to a typical small village near the Argonne Forest, the cottage is located on the Faiencerie estate. It can accommodate a total of up to 15 people in 5 bedrooms. A large living room with a large table allows meals to be eaten together. The cottage includes 2 bathrooms, two separate toilets, two equipped kitchens, two laundries with washing machines, dryers. A large private garden with garden furniture, free Wi-Fi, two LED TVs. The space Charming house in traditional Argonnais style revisited with shimmering colors. The earthenware gîte consists of two accommodations: the "earthenware" villa for 7 people in 2 bedrooms and the "sealed" villa for 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The two accommodations are connected by an interior door. Disabled access in all rooms. The price includes bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Heating, either by wood stove or electric radiators, is not included in the price. Meter reading at the entrance to the cottage and on departure, 23 Kw/h per day included in the price (normal consumption in summer) any excess will be subject to an additional charge request on the Airbnb site of €0.25 per additional KW/H. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited without the consent of the owner. Rental agreement to be signed at check-in. Guest access all rooms in the cottage are accessible. Other things to note On site you can visit a pottery workshop for free, and an educational farm where various activities are offered: pottery initiation, wood-fired oven pizzas, discovery of prehistory. Hikes in the Argonne Forest or walks from the cottage.
